Petit Manan National Wildlife Refuge in Steuben, Maine is one of our favorite hikes. We especially like the Holligsworth Trail....lots of wildflowers, lichens and great views across Dyer Bay toward Bois Bupert Island.
Rocky coastline and beautiful landscapes. Here is a link to a great blog
The view toward Pigeon HIll....a great trail with a panoramic view on top. Part of the Maine Coast Heritage Trust.
The Petit Manan Lighthouse
The Hollingsworth Trail dedication plaque.

Bumble Bee (Bombus terrestris) foraging
Atlantis Fritillary (Speyeria atlantis)
Bull Thistle (Cirsium vulgare)
Granite Pebble Beach
